Admirable Hotel Experience
stylish room daily minibar poolside coffee
The stylish rooms were super clean upon arrival and cleaned daily. The minibar had complimentary water and juice, with daily refills. I particularly enjoyed the coffee shop by the pool, with natural coffee.
I noticed that the elevators were often busy, which led to longer waiting times and some inconvenience. The limited number of operational elevators proved challenging during peak hours. This minor issue affected overall ease of movement within the facility.

The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay , including a kettle and a safe for valuables. Each day, housekeeping ensured the rooms were kept tidy and well-organized, a detail I found especially appreciable. I also liked the stylish design of the room.

The waiters and bartenders were unfailingly polite and friendly , attending to requests promptly and efficiently. Guest relations team was helpful and responsive, addressing any concerns that arose . The service consistently delivered a high standard of care and attention.

The hotel provided convenient transportation to the beach every 20 minutes, made access very easy. There are swimming pools for adults and children to enjoy , allowing for relaxation and recreation. I made good use of the coffee shop, conveniently located by the pool.

fantastic family getaway
attentive staff diverse food
the hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. the food choices were diverse and plentiful, catering to all tastes. the pool facilities were very clean and well-kept, which i appreciated.
i experienced some noise issues at night. the soundproofing in the room was not great, and i could hear music and chatter from nearby areas. it sometimes made it difficult to fall asleep early.

varied food late breakfast easy beach
The food was plentiful. It was varied throughout the week. I appreciated the late breakfast option. The snack bar was open from midday to 4pm. It provided pizza and waffles. The beach was nice. It was easy to get to using the hotel bus.
Sometimes it was hard getting sunbeds by the pool.

The staff was generally polite. The bartenders made great cocktails. Guest service offered constant help. The L'Olive restaurant was very accommodating to children. They ensured custom orders were ready.

Excellent stay with great service
large pools good variety delicious cocktails
the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay the pools are large and well maintained the food selection had good variety i especially liked the fresh seafood options available during dinner service the hotel provided convenient access to nearby attractions. i walked to land of legends easily. i also took advantage of the regular shuttle service to the beach. the beach was clean and well equipped. the bartenders were very attentive and created delicious cocktails.
i encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room it stopped working for a few hours one afternoon though maintenance resolved it quickly after i reported it to reception

disorganized dining hall rude staff
The minibar had water and juices refilled every day that was acceptable I suppose.
The dining hall seemed dirty and disorganized the managers just watched without doing anything. I saw the cook use frozen chips and onion rings that was a joke. Staff sometimes seemed rude which didn't improve the warm salad and cold food.

dart games positive attitude
i really enjoyed the daily dart games. sevgi from land sport animations had a positive attitude. the turkish kebabs were delicious. the guest relations staff were very helpful.
the beach is quite far. the shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes, however, i still had a 10-minute walk to the sunbeds.
